Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships
• Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies
• Partner with professionals across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to deliver integrated solutions
• Champion digital adoption by educating customers on self-service and mobile banking options
• Resolve account inquiries and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution
• 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
• Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses (or ability to obtain them within a designated timeframe)
• State Insurance license (or ability to obtain it within a designated timeframe)

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of financial services experience in consumer, home lending, business banking, or investments
• Proven ability to source and deepen relationships through proactive outreach
• Knowledge of book of business management practices and documentation of planning conversations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen with empathy and build credibility
