About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs
  • Identify opportunities to offer retail banking deposit and credit products and services
  • Analyze business challenges and present recommendations for resolving customer inquiries
  • Open and service accounts within authorized limits and create follow-up plans
  • Partner with financial advisors to address customer investment or retirement needs
  • Educate customers on self-service digital banking options
  • Ensure compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and all related banking regulations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of experience assessing and meeting customer needs or resolving issues
  • 1+ year of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations
  • Possession of State Insurance license(s)
  • Experience handling transactions across multiple systems
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
