Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships
• Lead discovery-driven conversations to deliver tailored banking, credit, and investment strategies
• Partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to provide integrated financial solutions
• Champion digital adoption by educating customers on mobile and self-service banking options
• Resolve account inquiries and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation and risk excellence

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ year of experience assessing customer needs or resolving issues
• 1+ year of experience building and maintaining effective customer relationships
• Ability to obtain and maintain FINRA Series 6, Series 63, and State Insurance licenses
• Completion of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of financial services experience in consumer, home lending, business banking, or investments
• Proven ability to source and deepen relationships through proactive outreach
• Knowledge of book of business management and consultative sales practices
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust
