Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their unique financial needs
• Identify opportunities to offer a full range of retail banking deposit and credit products and services
• Analyze business challenges for emerging affluent and high-value customers to provide tailored solutions
• Open and service customer accounts within authorized limits and create follow-up plans
• Partner with financial advisors to address customer investment or retirement needs
• Provide information on self-service digital banking options to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure compliance with the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and all related banking regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 1+ year of experience assessing customer needs or resolving issues
• 1+ year of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
• Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays
• Must obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses
• Must obtain State Insurance license
• Must obtain SAFE registration

Preferred Qualifications

• Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 examinations
• Experience handling transactions across multiple systems
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
• Experience providing financial services consultation to small business customers
