About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships.
- Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking, credit, and investment strategies.
- Partner with professionals across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to provide integrated financial solutions.
- Champion digital adoption by educating customers on self-service and mobile banking options.
- Resolve account inquiries and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory policies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- 1+ year of experience assessing and meeting customer needs or resolving issues.
- 1+ year of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays.
- Must obtain and maintain FINRA Series 6, Series 63, State Insurance license(s), and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of financial services experience in consumer banking, home lending, business banking, or investments.
- Proven ability to source and deepen relationships through proactive outreach.
- Knowledge of book of business management and documentation of planning conversations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen with empathy and build credibility.
