About the role

Responsibilities

  • Proactively acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships.
  • Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking, credit, and investment strategies.
  • Partner with professionals across Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking to provide integrated financial solutions.
  • Champion digital adoption by educating customers on self-service and mobile banking options.
  • Resolve account inquiries and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • 1+ year of experience assessing and meeting customer needs or resolving issues.
  • 1+ year of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays.
  • Must obtain and maintain FINRA Series 6, Series 63, State Insurance license(s), and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of financial services experience in consumer banking, home lending, business banking, or investments.
  • Proven ability to source and deepen relationships through proactive outreach.
  • Knowledge of book of business management and documentation of planning conversations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen with empathy and build credibility.
