Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively promoting and cross-selling various banking products and services.
• Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, and community engagement.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and foster long-term loyalty.
• Deliver an elevated customer experience through personalized, seamless, and attentive service.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options to enhance engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding risk and fraud defense.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in incentive-based sales OR 12+ months of experience in retail banking sales or consultative relationship sales.
• 12+ months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology.
• Ability to work branch hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, consultative, and influence skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
