Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person or via phone to build lasting relationships
• Engage in consultative communication to understand financial needs and tailor product recommendations
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries
• Proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses within 180 days of hire
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
