Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain meaningful client relationships by providing attentive, friendly, and consultative service.
• Proactively meet with assigned clients in person and via phone to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored products.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM technologies.
• Collaborate with internal experts to connect clients with specialized financial services.
• Adhere to all established banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and risk management.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and resolve client issues with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work branch hours, which includes weekends and some evenings.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent.
• Previous experience adhering to strict banking policies and regulatory requirements.
