Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain client relationships by proactively meeting with them in person and over the phone
• Deliver attentive and friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment
• Provide consultative communication to understand client needs and recommend tailored financial products
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, including the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
• Collaborate with internal experts to connect clients with specialized financial services
• Adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses within 180 days of hire
• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent
• Previous experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
