Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned client relationships through proactive in-person and phone engagement
• Provide tailored financial solutions and product recommendations to meet diverse client needs
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and attentive service to create a welcoming branch environment
• Educate clients on digital banking tools, including the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
• Collaborate with internal experts to connect clients with specialized financial services
• Adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses within 180 days of hire
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor product benefits to client needs
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent
• Previous experience adhering to strict banking policies and regulatory requirements
