Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and friendly service to create a welcoming environment for all clients.
• Manage assigned client portfolios by proactively meeting in person or via phone to understand financial needs.
• Provide consultative communication to build trust and tailor product recommendations to individual client goals.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM technologies.
• Learn and accurately apply banking products, services, and procedures to effectively consult with clients.
• Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to work branch hours, which includes weekends and some evenings.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent.
• Previous experience adhering to strict banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
