Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain meaningful client relationships by providing tailored financial solutions and exceptional service.
• Proactively meet with assigned clients in person and over the phone to understand their financial needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking technology, including the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Deliver attentive and friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Collaborate with internal experts to connect clients with specialized financial services.
• Adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses within 180 days of hire.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent.
• Previous experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
