Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain client relationships by offering tailored financial solutions and cutting-edge banking technology.
• Proactively meet with assigned clients in person and over the phone to understand their financial needs.
• Educate clients on digital tools such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Deliver attentive and friendly service to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Collaborate with team experts to connect clients with specialized financial services.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to obtain SIE, FINRA Series 6, and Life insurance licenses (study support provided).
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Proven ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent.
• Previous experience adhering to strict banking policies and regulatory requirements.
