Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Sell a full range of banking services and products to individual customers and small businesses
• Interview and assess customer needs to suggest appropriate products or services
• Conduct outside sales calling and business development efforts
• Perform phone follow-ups to raise customer awareness of bank products
• Maintain an organized system for tracking customer needs and monthly production goals
• Provide customer referrals to Treasury Management, Commercial, and Consumer Lending
• Complete required account documentation according to bank guidelines
• Maintain knowledge of banking rules and regulations

Requirements

• Outgoing and professional attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail
• Associate's degree or equivalent preferred, or 2-4 years of related experience
• Proficiency in Windows environments and basic internet skills
• Previous experience in production generation or selling financial products preferred
