Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate them on self-service banking resources including mobile, online, and ATM platforms
• Build strong client relationships by conducting deep conversations to understand financial and life priorities
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently while managing cash responsibilities
• Connect clients to appropriate financial solutions and partner with experts in lending, small business, and investments
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
• Adhere to all established processes, guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations to ensure operational excellence

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with all clients
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms and information
• Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions
• One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
• Six months of cash handling experience
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree in fields such as finance or business administration
