Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate them on self-service banking resources like mobile and online banking
• Build strong client relationships to identify financial needs and connect them to appropriate solutions
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions and manage financial center traffic
• Execute the bank's risk culture and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations
• Partner with experts in lending, investments, and small business to grow business knowledge
• Manage appointments and outbound calls to drive the client experience

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with all clients
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technology platforms and self-service tools
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours
• High level of motivation and a results-oriented work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry and knowledge of banking products
• One year of successful sales experience in a goal-oriented environment
• Six months of experience in cash handling
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree in finance or business administration
