About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive investments into the company's Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending product
- Expand the B2B channel by empaneling and managing Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), IFAs, and other financial partners
- Achieve investment targets and increase market penetration for P2P products
- Manage and scale a channel partner ecosystem
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in financial services
- Direct experience within AMC, Mutual Funds, Broking/Securities, or NBFCs
- Expertise in the channel partner (MFD/IFA) model
- Established and active network of financial channel partners in the designated territory
- Strong understanding of financial products including Mutual Funds, SIPs, equity, bonds, and PMS/AIF
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct knowledge of the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending model
- MBA in Finance, Marketing, or a related advanced degree
- Relevant financial certifications such as NISM
