About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive investments into the company's Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending product
  • Expand the B2B channel by empaneling and managing Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), IFAs, and other financial partners
  • Achieve investment targets and increase market penetration for P2P products
  • Manage and scale a channel partner ecosystem

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience in financial services
  • Direct experience within AMC, Mutual Funds, Broking/Securities, or NBFCs
  • Expertise in the channel partner (MFD/IFA) model
  • Established and active network of financial channel partners in the designated territory
  • Strong understanding of financial products including Mutual Funds, SIPs, equity, bonds, and PMS/AIF
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct knowledge of the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) lending model
  • MBA in Finance, Marketing, or a related advanced degree
  • Relevant financial certifications such as NISM
