Relationship Advisor II- Fintech

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Commercial Banking Clients by leading onboarding, servicing, and proactive solutioning for deposit and cash management needs.
• Lead the client onboarding journey, including conducting product demos and gathering necessary KYC documentation.
• Act as the dedicated point of contact for client inquiries, researching and resolving complex service issues.
• Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies to combat money laundering and fraud.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product Advisors to identify opportunities that support client long-term financial strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in banking/financial services or customer service OR High School/GED with 5 years of experience.
• Strong client relationship building skills.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail branch banking.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
