Reinsurance Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage reinsurance accounts comprehensively in coordination with local and international insurers and reinsurers
• Analyze insurance programs and structure reinsurance schemes (facultative)
• Prepare placement presentations (slips), risk summaries, and technical documentation
• Negotiate terms, conditions, limits, deductibles, and rates with reinsurance markets
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, and post-placement follow-up
• Advise clients on reinsurance market trends and available capacity
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned portfolio
• Collaborate with technical areas including underwriting, claims, actuarial, and legal
• Monitor relevant claims within the Energy sector in coordination with the appropriate departments
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in insurance or reinsurance
• Proven experience in Energy or Industrial Risks lines
• Advanced English proficiency (essential for international market negotiations)
• Advanced skills in Excel and analytical tools
• Experience negotiating with international markets
