Reimbursement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform reimbursement analysis, management, and procedures development
• Allocate reimbursement funds to the proper appropriation and program office
• Reconcile allotted amounts in budget systems with allocated amounts
• Respond to inquiries and follow up on pending transactions
• Contact agencies regarding unpaid reimbursement invoices
• Monitor reimbursement ceilings and alert the client as needed
• Process working capital fund invoices per client guidance
• Handle classified reimbursement transactions accordingly

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with reimbursements and interagency agreements
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant Business field
• Experience in federal financial management and supporting financial systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• US Citizenship is required
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance (with ability to upgrade to Top Secret if required)
• Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with G-Invoicing
• Experience utilizing MS Power Apps or similar software
