Rehabilitation & Injury Management Advisor

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end injury management and return-to-work support for employees recovering from workplace injuries
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored return-to-work plans
• Engage with injured workers to provide guidance, support, and education
• Partner with operational leaders to provide advice, coaching, and best-practice injury management support
• Liaise with treating medical practitioners, allied health providers, and insurers
• Maintain accurate case management records and ensure timely communication

Requirements

• Allied Health background
• Experience in Injury Management, Rehabilitation, or Return to Work processes
• Sound understanding of injury management and return-to-work frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with operational leaders and medical practitioners
• Strong problem-solving and case management skills
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
