Rehab Aide

Responsibilities

• Help treat patients by applying heat packs and assisting with exercise equipment
• Monitor patient motion and perform prescribed exercises and strengthening techniques
• Answer phones and perform light front-desk duties
• Sterilize and deliver equipment and supplies to treatment areas
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Perform preventive maintenance on physical therapy equipment
• Manage physical therapy supplies inventory and place orders
• Monitor and note patient development and responses during therapy sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a medical environment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team player attitude with a focus on customer service
