Regulatory Solutions Analyst UNE

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and assign folios to customer Queries, Claims, and Clarifications through the UNE
• Prepare well-documented response projects for customer requests to avoid regulatory escalation
• Manage and respond to customer disputes via Condusef's SINE and SIGE platforms
• Consolidate and submit mandatory regulatory reports including quarterly/monthly CONDUSEF and R27 for CNBV
• Maintain UNE information on Nu's website and CONDUSEF REUNE and REDECO systems
• Execute controls compliance testing using Risk-Based Approach methodology
• Map and maintain operational process controls for OpsDefense Mx squads
• Partner with KYC, AML Ops, FinSec Ops, and Legal teams for coordinated regulatory responses

Requirements

• Experience in regulatory compliance, customer dispute resolution, or UNE operations in a Mexican financial institution
• Solid understanding of CONDUSEF regulatory obligations (UNE framework, SINE/SIGE, REUNE, REDECO)
• Ability to manage concurrent regulatory deadlines with precision
• Clear written and verbal communication in Spanish and/or English
• Strong attention to detail regarding customer documentation and regulatory submissions
• Autonomous and structured work style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience preparing R27 reports for CNBV or CONDUSEF regulatory reports
• Knowledge of Banking & SOFIPO regulations in Mexico
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or SQL
• Background in customer-facing complaint handling or dispute resolution
