Regulatory Solutions Analyst

Responsibilities

• Validate regulatory reports to ensure full compliance with CUB and Banxico-CNBV-Condusef requirements.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory changes to assess their impact on operations and reporting obligations.
• Review and update internal policies and procedures related to regulatory reports as regulations evolve.
• Lead preparation for audits by regulatory bodies, ensuring report accuracy and addressing customer file validation demands.
• Partner with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements for greater reporting efficiency.
• Align team tasks and priorities with the Business Unit's strategy to meet critical regulatory commitments.

Requirements

• Experience in regulatory reporting or compliance within the financial services industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of Banxico, CNBV, and/or Condusef requirements.
• Deep familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as CUB and digital banking obligations in Mexico.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail when reviewing complex regulatory documents.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or working with specific tools used for regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of financial products and services specific to digital banking or fintech.
