Responsibilities

• Validate regulatory reports to ensure compliance with CUB, Banxico, CNBV, and Condusef requirements
• Monitor and analyze regulatory changes and assess their impact on operations
• Review and update internal policies and procedures related to regulatory reports
• Lead preparation for audits by regulatory bodies and address customer file validation demands
• Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for reporting process improvements
• Align team tasks and priorities with the Business Unit's strategy

Requirements

• Experience in regulatory reporting or compliance within financial services
• Hands-on knowledge of Banxico, CNBV, and/or Condusef requirements
• Familiarity with CUB and digital banking regulatory frameworks in Mexico
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or working with regulatory reporting tools
• Knowledge of financial products specific to digital banking or fintech
