Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory reporting initiatives including process optimization and automation
• Drive implementation of a new regulatory reporting solution across the organization
• Collaborate with IT, Controlling, Risk, and ALM & Treasury departments
• Monitor regulatory developments and adapt reporting processes accordingly
• Prepare, review, and submit regulatory reports for the Bank and the Group (SNB and FINMA)
• Perform data quality checks and controls to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Act as the primary point of contact for SNB inquiries and coordinate SNB audits

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar regulatory reporting role
• Strong knowledge of the Swiss Banking regulatory framework
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with regulatory reporting solutions such as FiRE, Mercury, or equivalent
• Full professional proficiency in French and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with T24, SQL, or Python
