Regulatory Reporting Senior Associate (Team Manager)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of professionals, overseeing training, development, and workload prioritization.
• Prepare and analyze AnaCredit Regulatory Reporting for the European Central Bank.
• Conduct analytical reviews and variance analysis of regulatory returns to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate data collection and quarterly business results with various lines of business and Regulatory Controllers.
• Oversee the production, review, and filing of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual regulatory reports.
• Ensure adherence to control procedures, edit checks, and internal regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with business lines and external regulatory agency constituents.

Requirements

• Proven people leadership experience, including hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Control, Financial Control, or regulatory reporting.
• University degree in Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and ETL data processes.
• Practical expertise in programming (Python or VBA) or process automation software (e.g., Alteryx, UiPath).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile project environments using Scrum methodology.
• Background in MIS or regulatory reporting.
• Experience with data visualization techniques such as Tableau.
