About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet assigned quotas
  • Drive direct sales of the Regulatory trade and transaction reporting suite of solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize new business leads and opportunities
  • Deliver and coordinate professional customer presentations and product demonstrations
  • Maintain and develop key client relationships to ensure active sponsorship and contract renewals
  • Collaborate with legal teams on contract execution and internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives
  • Monitor competitive activity and represent the company at industry conferences and forums

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience
  • Proven track record of "hunting" and exceeding annual sales quotas
  • Expertise in solution selling methodologies
  • Deep knowledge of capital markets, OTC trade processing, and the regulatory reporting space
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and articulate complex product solutions and features

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in specific regulatory frameworks (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, SEC, CFTC, or Canada)
  • Experience selling financial software, specifically regarding Listed Futures or OTC Trade Processing
  • Background in consulting or managing complex financial relationships
  • Specific experience with both sell-side and buy-side derivatives (listed and OTC)
