Regulatory Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage regulatory reports and disclosures across multiple jurisdictions, including Pillar 1, Pillar 3, and EU/German statistical reporting
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement new requirements by defining data specifications and reporting logic
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes, controls, and data quality
• Identify opportunities to streamline capital adequacy workflows and reduce manual effort
• Lead interdisciplinary projects regarding new products, market expansions, and license applications
• Serve as a key point of contact for external partners and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Engineering, or Data Science
• At least 3 years of professional experience in regulatory reporting at a bank or in Big 4 consulting/auditing
• Solid understanding of prudential regulatory frameworks such as CRR/CRD and IFR/IFD
• High reliability, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ICAAP and/or ICARA processes
• Familiarity with Pillar 1 capital requirements and Pillar 3 disclosure obligations
• Experience using regulatory reporting software
• Proficiency in German
