Regulatory Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Contribute to end-to-end preparation and submission of regulatory reports including Pillar 1, EU and German statistical reporting, and Pillar 2
• Interpret and assess strategic relevance of new regulatory requirements
• Manage continuous improvement, automation, and transformation of reporting processes and data quality
• Take ownership of regulatory reporting for high-impact interdisciplinary projects
• Act as a point of contact for internal/external auditors and regulators
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members

Requirements

• Degree in finance, banking, or a related field
• Several years of experience in a comparable role within financial services
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large data sets
• Excellent command of English and German (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to reporting processes for market-making activities
• Experience with Regnology/Abacus platform
