Regulatory & Permitting Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor permit and approval status throughout project execution
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive permit register
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and approvals with national, provincial, and local authorities
• Ensure compliance with permit conditions and environmental obligations
• Support government inspections, audits, and operational readiness
• Identify permitting risks and develop mitigation plans
• Coordinate workforce and immigration regulatory support, including expatriate personnel
• Support supply chain and import regulatory interfaces for equipment and materials
• Maintain regulatory reporting and documentation

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in permitting, regulatory affairs, or environmental compliance
• Essential experience working in Indonesia
• Experience supporting major industrial, mining, metals, power, or energy projects
• Experience with brownfield industrial projects strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Indonesian permitting processes and environmental approvals
• Experience working with multiple government agencies and local authorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Sulawesi project experience
• Experience with nickel processing or mining projects
• Experience in PMC, Owner's Engineer, or major EPC roles
