About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of regulatory documents, dossiers, and applications to launch and maintain products in Greece and Cyprus.
  • Manage product registrations, notifications, variations, and renewals to ensure licenses remain current and compliant.
  • Approve product labeling and artwork in accordance with local legal requirements and corporate standards.
  • Partner with commercial, quality, and supply chain teams to support innovation and value engineering projects.
  • Review and approve promotional materials to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Proactively assess and manage the business impact of regulatory changes within the assigned portfolio.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance databases and systems while ensuring strong scientific knowledge of all products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related pharmaceutical field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or Medical Engineering).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs with knowledge of lifecycle requirements for regulated products.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for medicines and, ideally, medical devices, cosmetics, or food supplements.
  • Proven strategic thinking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification such as RAC.
  • Advanced degree including a Master’s (MBA, MS, MA), PhD, PharmD, or JD QP, ideally in Regulatory Affairs or Pharmacy.
