Regulatory Counsel

Responsibilities

• Maintain regulatory conditions for assigned countries and topics
• Analyze regulatory frameworks and advise on changes affecting products and operations
• Research and draft regulatory documentation and position papers
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Operations on cross-functional regulatory topics
• Review and negotiate supplier agreements and service contracts
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory filings
• Manage external counsel to ensure appropriate expertise and support

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law
• 3-5 years of experience in the electronic communications market
• Knowledge of voice, messaging, and numbering regulatory frameworks
• Understanding of VoIP and cloud communications technologies
• Fluent in legal and business English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in another European language
• Experience working in an international technology company
• Strong interest in leveraging AI tools in daily legal workflows
