Regulatory Compliance Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide practical compliance guidance and oversight to business and support functions
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations
• Conduct routine reviews to identify and address potential compliance gaps and risks
• Take ownership of compliance policies and procedures to ensure they remain current and aligned with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate closely with Trading Compliance to ensure consistent regulatory interpretation and issue escalation

Requirements

• Experience in compliance oversight and policy management
• Proven ability to assist with regulatory inquiry responses and investigations
• Strong skills in identifying compliance gaps and implementing corrective actions
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the firm
