Regulatory Audit/Inspection Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational interface between external auditors (e.g., KPMG) and internal stakeholders to coordinate day-to-day audit and inspection activities.
• Manage audit requests and response processes to ensure timely, accurate, and complete deliverables for ARC reporting.
• Coordinate IT control scoping and technology system scoping activities, including annual reviews of SOx applications.
• Support the governance, maintenance, and revalidation of the SOx Control Framework to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate cycle testing activities and the collation of testing results to enable SOx COE involvement.
• Deliver audit-related training and communication activities to promote organizational audit readiness and SOx awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in SOx, IT general controls, audit, risk management, or compliance within a regulated, global organization.
• Experience managing external auditor interactions and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
• Professional certification such as CISA, CIA, CPA/ACA, or equivalent risk/audit qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or professional qualification in Information Systems, Accounting, Risk, Audit, or Governance.
• Experience coordinating SOx or IT audits within a complex Digital & Technology environment.
• Experience managing interactions with Big 4 audit firms.
