Regulatory Assurance and Compliance Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of strategic plans for the Service Line and Business Area.
• Manage high-performing teams to deliver excellence in client engagements.
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities and contribute to proposals and tenders.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key market players and senior client stakeholders.
• Drive a profitable book of business through effective budgeting, pricing, and margin management.
• Resource engagement teams with suitable talent and oversee project profitability and collections.
• Identify innovative solutions to enhance or renew service offerings for clients.

Requirements

• CA(SA) qualification is required.
• 10-12+ years of relevant experience in auditing, finance, or controls roles within financial services (banking or insurance).
• Proven experience in a Big 4 environment with strong financial services audit exposure.
• At least 5 years of experience in a management role leading audit teams or complex engagements.
• Experience in a client-facing role with the ability to engage at executive or board levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Internal Auditor designation.
• Deep understanding of the banking and/or insurance regulatory environment.
• Experience leading risk-based audits end-to-end.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute complex projects.
