Regulatory Affairs Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate registration formalities for Pharmaceutical, Veterinary, and Medical products
• Review regulatory documentation and technical product information to provide portfolio support
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities such as DM and MOH
• Coordinate with Logistics teams to ensure timely regulatory approvals and import permit management
• Handle quality-related queries and complaints, providing timely and accurate solutions
• Perform pharmacovigilance activities, including preparing SOPs and following up on safety cases
• Maintain and update the company registration database and product dossiers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Experience with regulatory documentation and product registration
• Knowledge of import permit processes and government agency requirements
• Understanding of pharmacovigilance activities and safety reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmacy background is preferred but not essential
