Regulatory Affairs Assistant

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory activities to ensure products like medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, and nutritional supplements meet compliance requirements across LATAM Export Cluster markets.
• Review and approve promotional materials in accordance with corporate policies and current legislation.
• Maintain and update regulatory information within systems such as SAP and Veeva Regulatory.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers and applications for new product launches and lifecycle management.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate potential risks or impacts to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics.
• Support labeling processes to ensure product claims and advertising remain compliant and competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required by local regulations).
• 1–2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or a similar role.
• Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, or nutritional supplements.
• Experience working with regulatory systems such as SAP or Veeva.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
