Regulatory Affairs and Compliance Advisor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit required regulatory documents, including registrations and notifications
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulators and industry groups regarding communications and submissions
• Provide clear and practical guidance to internal teams and customers on regulatory and compliance matters
• Maintain a basic understanding of chemical regulations such as REACH and similar frameworks
• Improve operational efficiency by suggesting process improvements and following best practices
• Support broader product safety and compliance activities as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, environmental sciences, chemical engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience with K-REACH & REACH-like regulations, including registrations and notifications
• Previous experience in product stewardship or regulatory compliance
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Willingness to relocate to Bangalore/Bengaluru for an office-based role (morning shift)
• Ability to travel 5-10% both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), SAP, or Power BI
• Experience working with third-party consultants
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills and experience working in multicultural environments
