Regulatory Affairs Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory activities to ensure products (medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, and nutritional supplements) meet compliance requirements across assigned LATAM Export Cluster markets
• Review and approve promotional materials in accordance with corporate policies and current regulatory legislation
• Maintain and update regulatory information within systems such as SAP and Veeva Regulatory
• Support the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers, applications, and documentation for new product launches and lifecycle management
• Monitor and assess regulatory changes to communicate risks or impacts to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Logistics
• Analyze regulatory issues and contribute to mitigation plans aligned with business needs
• Support labeling processes to ensure product claims and advertising remain compliant and competitive
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (required by local regulations)
• 1–2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs or a similar role
• Knowledge of regional regulatory frameworks for pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, or nutritional supplements
• Experience working with regulatory systems such as SAP or Veeva
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
