Regulatory Affairs Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the submission and monitoring of regulatory dossiers with ANVISA for product registration, renewal, post-registration, and notification.
• Monitor official publications (RDCs, INs, technical notes) and communicate relevant changes internally.
• Contribute to portfolio lifecycle management, including adaptations for labels, inserts, and packaging.
• Maintain and organize internal regulatory files (physical and digital) to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
• Support relationships with industry associations and handle initial interlocution with ANVISA for routine processes.
• Interact with internal departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and R&D to align regulatory processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related health fields.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the preparation and organization of regulatory dossiers.
• Familiarity with regulatory management systems and the e-ANVISA/Solicita portal.
