Responsibilities

• Anticipate and plan machine actions based on the production schedule to facilitate smooth shifts
• Ensure proper preparation of setups impacting the production line
• Perform regular mandatory quality controls to guarantee production integrity and alert teams to deviations
• Execute manual packaging operations when required for quality alerts or temporary replacements
• Report any anomalies regarding rules, procedures, or operating methods
• Communicate technical instructions and updates to colleagues and supervisors during shift handovers
• Participate in the preparation of new products and formats
• Implement actions to reduce malfunctions and participate in corrective action analysis
• Perform daily basic maintenance and cleaning required for machine operation
• Report any safety or environmental anomalies

Requirements

• CAP/BEP or Bac Pro in mechanical production (or equivalent technical diploma/experience)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and ability to use control devices
• Understanding of machine operation and sensitive technical points
• Ability to meet production objectives
• Strong organizational skills to minimize line downtime
• Effective communication skills
