Responsibilities

• Ensure the manufacturing of aerosol cans while respecting safety, quality, and productivity guidelines
• Anticipate and plan machine actions based on the production schedule to facilitate smooth operations
• Perform regular mandatory quality controls to guarantee production integrity and alert teams to any deviations
• Conduct daily basic maintenance and cleaning operations required for machine functionality
• Communicate technical instructions and updates effectively to colleagues and supervisors during shift handovers
• Participate in the preparation of new products and formats, and implement actions to reduce malfunctions

Requirements

• CAP/BEP or Bac Pro in mechanical production (or equivalent technical diploma/experience)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar production role
• Proficiency in using quality control devices
• Understanding of how automated/controlled machines function and their critical points
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a team
