About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead registry consultations as the in-house product expert for parents and gift-givers
- Drive registry value through thoughtful product and purchase recommendations
- Coach and support showroom and pop-up staff on product knowledge, safety, and guest experience
- Own showroom opening, closing, and security protocols
- Partner with the Showroom Manager to maintain an energetic and on-brand environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail or guest service
- 2+ years of experience guiding parents through registry or gear decisions
- Deep knowledge of baby gear and products
- Ability to coach and support a team
- Availability to work weekends
- Strong in-person communication and relationship-building skills
