Registration Specialist

Responsibilities

• Represent Regent University by providing extraordinary customer service to admitted, deposited, and enrolled students.
• Advise students on next steps through the admissions funnel, including information on financial aid, transfer guidelines, and military benefits.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls within a blended call center environment.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records using CRM and other university technologies.
• Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by Enrollment Management leadership.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of university culture, programs, and student-related resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and rotating Saturdays or second shifts (12pm-9pm).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn CRM systems and other educational technologies.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to maintain strict student and applicant confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, advising, or telemarketing/tele-counseling.
• Experience working in a production-driven or call center environment.
