Registrar Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process undergraduate registration, add/drop/withdrawal changes, and major/minor updates.
• Provide front-line customer service for inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visitors.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation of office processes and templates.
• Manage transcript requests and process student stop-outs, withdrawals, and deferrals.
• Oversee file room maintenance, student file retention cycles, and student worker training.
• Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and facility maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Post-high school training or coursework.
• 2 years of professional experience in administrative, customer service, or student services roles.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and maturity.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply policies accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work onsite in Arden Hills, MN.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working in a registrar's office or similar academic administrative environment.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Understanding of liberal arts education.
