Registered Veterinary Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality veterinary care and diagnostic support at Los Angeles clinics
• Maintain accurate medical records using appropriate veterinary terminology
• Perform laboratory work and radiology with precision
• Handle controlled medications and pharmacology with high attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with DVMs and the veterinary team to ensure exceptional patient care
• Provide clear and compassionate discharge instructions to pet owners

Requirements

• Active Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license in the state of California
• Successful completion of the VTNE
• Proficiency in medical record keeping, lab work, and radiology
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of personal liability insurance
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment
