Registered Veterinary Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on patient care and execute treatment plans
• Rotate through appointments including wellness, sick, urgent care, and RVT appointments
• Perform anesthesia and dental procedures
• Advocate for pets and their owners
• Uphold the Juno Standard of Care through high-quality medical practice
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Valid Veterinary Technician License (RVT, LVT)
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a clinical setting
• Knowledge of general practice (vaccine schedules, medications, preventative medicine, nutrition)
• Experience with anesthesia and multiparameter monitoring
• Proficiency in dental scaling and polishing
• Strong technical skills including blood draws and X-ray positioning
• Excellent communication and empathy skills
