Registered Veterinary Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on patient care and execute treatment plans
• Advocate for pets and their owners
• Perform appointments including wellness, sick, urgent care, and RVT visits
• Manage anesthesia and dental procedures
• Uphold the Juno Standard of Care through high-quality medical practice
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

• Valid Veterinary Technician License (RVT, LVT)
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a veterinary clinic
• Knowledge of general practice (vaccines, medications, preventative medicine, nutrition)
• Experience with anesthesia and multiparameter monitoring
• Proficiency in dental scaling, polishing, and X-ray positioning
• Strong technical skills including blood draws
• Excellent communication and empathy
