Registered Veterinary Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with surgery, surgery recovery, and patient care
• Perform clinical tasks including placing IV catheters, drawing blood, and running bloodwork
• Utilize laboratory equipment and perform X-rays with proper positioning
• Room patients and provide high-quality animal handling and restraint
• Educate clients on patient care and medical needs
• Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude within a fast-paced team environment

Requirements

• Current Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license
• 1+ years of hands-on veterinary experience
• Proficiency with industry tools, equipment, and laboratory procedures
• Strong animal handling and restraint skills
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a clinical setting
• Compassionate approach toward patients and clients
